Looks like great gear for sure..........I'm not a bow hunter but it looks handy for sure.

They will not stop cutting until there is nothing left to cut. I am not surprised. Our government officials in this province don't do anything to deterr this sort of abuse . This is how all of our resources are managed or should I say mismanaged. Very sad indeed.

Those are nice trout though.

I've heard that if people only keep the bigger fish the fish genetically inclined to grow bigger are fished out so they become rarer in a pond. It is better to keep smaller ones for the frying pan with only the odd one to two pounder. Just a theory I've heard.

Great honest review Charlie.. be nice to have one like that to carry a fishing rod. I love the idea of the plastic sled in the back of the truck.. I will be putting one in my SUV, the boots and Chestwaiters that make a mess.

Hi Charlie I have to say after taking with New View hunting myself they definitely want an honest review and honest feedback. That looks like a great pack I was thinking It would be a great pack for hiking with a fishing rod as oppose to a bow so dual purpose, the whistle on the chest strap is an awesome idea . I'm seeing some reviews on that trail cam too and seems to be great unit as well , I was doing that with the sled too but I have hitch carrier there now taking up my space. Enjoyed a tour at Harmon from June ‘65 to Jan ‘67. Met by beautiful Irish wife and we return to Little Rapids as often as we can with our three children and six grandchildren. It was a great experience and Newfoundland will always be a wonderful memory of the Newfoundlander’s I met and served with. Love the Rock. There are no better people in the world.

It's seems to be a complaint a lot of outdoors people have I just don't understand people disrespecting the environment guess we keep pushing the word and hopefully we will educate some. Sea run speckles are the best eating by far but their numbers are critically low in many areas. DFO needs to manage our inland waters better.

The Pulp N Paper Mill in Corner Brook, main reason for the clear cutting. 40 - 45 year cycle, they clear cut. Also these Mills have contaminated their regions for years. The Bay of Islands near Corner Brook and Bay St.Georges have been contaminated, the Mill in Stephenville closed in 2005.

We lived on the base from December 1960 to June 1963. We three kids attended St. Stephen's Catholic School in town for the three school years that we lived there. Our home was on Georgia Drive and our dad worked at the port where he would go out and catch huge cod fish in the surf. I love the snow and thought we were living in a wonderland.

Great video Charlie, hey MMA 09 and 10 was done the same way on west coast of the island . Grand Codroy and little river in our area is kill from run off Charlie . Logging road just open the country up for ATV driver in the fall to shoot at game at far as there see for mostly fun . Hear them talk about there long shot with there mag rifles. One ☝️ out 10 find there moose if there look 👀 for it . The other 9 die for bear food . You be lucky to see game in MMA 09 and 10 , fishing is a joke now be luck 🍀 to get a trout for lunch if you try . Just remember it was our grandfather kill the land with horses 🐎 and buck saw . Big processor now to clear cut to make there bank payments and feed the one ☝️ pulp mill left on the rock 🪨. Charlie going to take west coast another 100 years to come back if it come back my friend. 😮
